| 摘 要： | 探讨白英(solanum lyratum thunb)的抗肿瘤作用,采用MTT法观察白英含药血清对人癌A2780、Hela、SGC-7901细胞的体外抑制作用.采用体内试验以荷瘤小鼠实体瘤重、抑瘤率为实验指标评价白英对S180移植性肉瘤的抑制作用;以荷瘤小鼠存活时间为实验指标评价白英对H22移植性腹水癌的抑制作用.白英含药血清均能明显抑制体外培养的A2780、Hela、SGC-7901细胞的生长;白英能明显抑制实体瘤重和延长荷瘤小鼠存活时间.说明白英对体外培养的A2780、Hela、SGC-7901细胞有明显的抑制作用;具有一定抑制S180、H22诱发的移植性肿瘤作用.
