| 摘 要： | 本文采用 Ｗａｔｅｒｓ ＯＤＳ柱分离，紫外检测器检测，环境空气用活性炭管采集，甲醇解吸，以甲醇一水－ＫＨ２ＰＯ４为流动相测定空气中的吡啶．该法具有较高的灵敏度、精密度、采集效率和良好的线性关系，方法简便可行。

| Abstract: | In this report, We applied Waters ODS column to separate and UV-detector to detect pyridine. The pyridine in air was absorbed by activated carbon and extracted by methanol and determined by HPLC with methanol-water-KH2PO4 as the flow phase. This method has quite high sensitivity and precise and sampling efficient and linnear relationship. |
