| Abstract: | This paper gives out a text editor supporting both Chinese and English which is Chinese-platform indepandent. The editor can run in both English and Chinese Windows environment, and implemented with OOP under Microsoft Windows. Dot matrix font is used here to display Chinese character. Also in order to support Chinese character input under non-Chinese platform, the editor enhanced with its Chinese character input method. |
