| 摘 要： | 提高人才培养质量,培养大批创新型人才,探索并制定出一套适合当代大学生创新能力培养的思路与途径,是广大教育工作者必须面对的问题.当前,制约大学生创新能力培训的主要因素有教学理论偏移、课程设置存在缺陷、学生培养共性制约强、学籍管理制度和对学生的评价制度不尽合理.因此,应通过创新教育观念、改革课程体系、加强实践环节、调整评价体系、改革授课和考试方法等途径,培养学生创新能力.

| Abstract: | The issues as how to train a batch of talents with innovation character and how to explore and establish a set of thoughts and approaches to training college students are confronted by education staff.Nowadays some factors restraining innovation competence of college students involve deviation of educational concept,flaws in courses planning,strong restraint in collectiveness of students training,improper management system for students record and for students evaluation.Therefore,this paper points out some approaches are taken to cultivate their innovation competence. |
