MR型PS—CH2Cl的季铵化及其相转移催化活性的研究

摘    要:以大孔型氯甲基化交联聚苯乙烯为原料,选择合适的溶胀剂,用三乙胺为胺化剂,寻找最合适的反应条件(最佳反应温度、反应时间和胺化剂浓度等),合成出一种季铰盐相转移催化剂.测定了其全交换容量,结果表明,每克干树脂的全交换容量达4.0毫摩尔以上.将合成的该催化剂应用于醇的烷基化反应,效果良好.

Abstract:Macromolecular quaternary ammonium halide was synthesized by the reaction of macroporotus chloromethylated cross-linked polystyrene with triethylamine and the best reaction condition, such as collection of swelling agents, reaction temperature, reaction time and mole ratio of the macroporous chloromethylated cross-linked polystyrene to triethylamine were researched. Exchange capacity was determined, so the result indicated that full exchange capacity of dried resin per gram was over 4. 0m mol. Then synthesized macromolecular quaternary ammonium halide was applicated in alkylation reaction of alcohol as a kind of phase transfer catalysis and ether of higher yield was gotten.
