车载飞轮电池转子动力学建模与分析

摘    要:针对车载飞轮电池安装基础运动的特点,本文利用子结构分析的方法,建立了飞轮电池的转子-安装基础动力学模型,提出了安装基础动力学与转子动力学模型的融合方法,并分析了飞轮转子在路面输入引起基础振动变化情况下的动力学特性,从而为车载飞轮电池转子动力学设计提供了理论和计算基础。

Establish and Analyze the Rotor Dynamic Model of Flywheel Battery Based on Vehicles
Abstract:when flywheel battery is used in electric vehicles, the base of the flyhweel will motion during the change of vehicle’s pose, in these cases the base vibration has great effect on the rotor dynamic behaviour of flywheel battery. This paper established the rotor-base dynamic model of flywheel battery, proposed the method to translater the data between the base dynamic model and the rotor dynamic model, analyzed the dynamic characteristic of rotor during the pose change of vehicles.The theory analysis and computing in this paper will provide a good foundation for designing the rotor dynamic of flywheel battery based on vehicles.
