摘    要:线面共轭法是一种简化的计算方法,用于计算加工一些特殊曲面如螺旋面、铲磨面的回转刀具廓形及其包络面.根据被加工曲面上的一条已识曲线和拟定的加工运动,文中提出了计算回转刀具廓形及其被加工曲面的数学模型.

Abstract:Line-surface conjugation is a simplified methoe used to calculate theprofile of rotary cutters applied to machine some special surfaces, such as helicalsurface, relief-ground surface etc. In this paper, according to a curve known on, the surface to be machined and the relative motions in machining operation, themathematical model the profile of cutter and the surface machined is established.
