自从新制度经济学产生以来,特别是经济史学家诺斯通过对西欧国家经济发展兴衰的考察,有力地证明了制度对一个国家经济发展有着重要的作用。面对一个转型经济的国家来说,制度作用更是如此。我们中国正处在经济转型过程中,经济学家对制度的研究从20世纪90年代开始取得了巨大的成绩。同时中国的转型也需要很长的时间,这也为经济学家研究制度留下了巨大的空间。
