多曲线型数字温控系统的设计

摘    要:本文介绍的系统是以89C52单片机为核心的一个闭环控制系统。采用AD590温度传感器,经温度处理电路,AD转换,把采集的温度数字量送89C52经模糊和PID两种算法处理,输出PWM脉冲控制开关电路,调节220AC,实现了加热丝自动升温和恒温及降温控制。

Abstract:This thesis introduces a closed circulatory system with the core of an inside Watching-dog electric circuit 89c52.Adopting AD590 temperature sensor,according to the temperature handling-electric circuit,the conversion of AD,arid the collected temperature figures are sent to 89c52and PID to handle,and then output operating circuit controled by the space ratio of PWM and recontrol the switch 20AC.Hence,the system makes temperature-control realizable easily in every situation.
