花生油体积计量检验的测量不确定度评定

摘    要:依据标准JJF 1070-2005《定量包装商品净含量计量检验规则》,采用相对密度法对花生油的体积进行了检验.参照JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,对测量过程中不确定度的来源进行了分析,并对不确定度各个分量进行了评定和合成,取包含因子k=2(约95%置信概率),花生油的体积为1.0094L时,扩展不确定度U=0.0003L.

Abstract:Based on the standard JJF 1070-2005 " Rules of Metrological Testing for Net Quantity of Products in Prepackages with Fixed Content", the relative density of peanut oil volume test was used. According to JJF1059.1-2012 "Evaluatinu and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement", the source of uncertainty of measurement process was analyzed, and the uncertainty of each component is evaluated and synthesis, the factor k=2 (95% confidence), when the peanut oil volume is 1.0094L, the expanded uncertainty U=0.0003L.
