| 摘 要： | 煤矿企业是一个高危行业,区队是煤矿企业的基层组织。加强区队建设是煤矿企业安全、快速、稳定发展的基础。煤矿企业的安全工作要靠每个区队的安全、稳定运行作保障。针对目前煤矿企业的安全形势,提出区队建设的具体途径。
