湿法磷酸泵材冲刷腐蚀控制因素探讨

摘    要:按照把冲刷腐蚀总失重分解为几个组成因素的思路。主要根据在动态湿法磷酸料浆中的冲刷腐蚀试验中与电化学测试结果,探讨了湿法磷酸冲刷腐蚀的控制因素,作出了电腐蚀因素因素控制的结论,同时讨论了在此前提下总刷所促进腐蚀的作用;提出了泵材耐冲刷腐蚀合金化方向应以提高其再钝化能力为主的意见。

Abstract:Based on the idea that the total weight loss of erosion-corrosion can be divided into several constituent factors, the control factor or erosion-corrosion of materials for pumps in wet process phosphoric acid (WPA) production is discussed mainly according to the results or erosion-corrosion test and electrochemical measurement in WPA slurry under the dynamic state. It is concluded that the control factor is the electrochemical (corrosion) effect. On this premise, the role of accelerating corrosion by erosion is discussed as well. It is suggested that enhancing the repassivation ability of materials for pumps would be the main direction of alloying to resist erosion-corrosion.
