郑州国际会展中心铸钢节点S211-1的受力特性分析

摘    要:用有限元分析软件对郑州国际会展中心展览厅屋盖桅杆的上部铸钢节点S211-1进行分析,根据实际尺寸建立实体模型,选取适当单元划分网格;根据实际情况,对铸钢节点的边界条件做出适当简化和调整.最后进行受力求解,得出了节点在复杂空间应力状态作用下的受力特性,从而了解了该节点的工作机理和受力特征.

Abstract:A finite element model of the cast steel joint(S211-1) near to the mast's top of the Exhibition Center of ZZICEC has been built according to the pattern of design and analyzed with a FEM analysis program through selecting apt elements and meshing the geometry. After the analysis of the major stress characters coming from several different models under the complex stress state, a better form of this joint has been drawn out. Then the working mechanism and stress characters of this joint are known.
