| 摘 要： | 分析了当前连锁零售业发展物流的紧迫性，指出我国连锁零售业与国际连锁零售业的差别，重点分析了沃尔玛的物流模式，提出了建立共有型配送中心、逐步稳妥发展物流外包、构造物流系统信息化、培育二级城市形成竞争力等发展我国连锁零售业物流的建议。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on the urgency of the current chain retail in China,points out the differences between Chinese chain retail and the international chain retail,specially analyzes on the Wal- mart logistics model,and puts forward some suggestions for developingChinese chain retail:establishing intercommunity mix centre,developing logistics outsourcing,buildinglogistics informatization,cultivatingthe competitive power ofthe second- level cities,etc. |
