| 摘 要： | 为探讨理想的肝纤维化动物模型，本文主要以大鼠为实验动物，综述了采用四氯化碳、血清白蛋白、四氯化碳＋白蛋白、二甲基亚硝胺、乙醇及复合因素等造模方法，同时讨论了每一种模型的肝病理性变化。

| Abstract: | The Purpose of this review is to discuss the ideal hepatic fibrosis animal model. In this review, rat, as laboratory animal, is suitable for the model; The model-making methods include Carbon tetracholride (CCl4), Bovine serum albumia (BSA), CCl4 BSA,Dimethylnitrosamine (DMN), Alcohol and Complex factors are discussed, as well as the hepatic pathological changes in each kind of model. |
