木立芦荟试管白化苗的再生和细胞学研究

摘    要:对UV—B辐射诱导形成的木立芦荟的试管白化苗研究结果表明,白化苗的茎段仍具有再分化的能力;继代培养的试管白化苗还具有部分修复能力,即部分叶片恢复绿色.这种修复是随机的,在继代培养第五代时,恢复率为5.37%;恢复绿色的部位也是随机的,可在维管束处,也可在维管束之间.白化苗的根尖细胞中期分裂相观察,染色体易断裂,说明DNA受到了一定的损伤.

Abstract:In this article the regeneration and cytology investigatson of albino seedings of Aloe arborescens Mill in the test tube were conduded during fast reproduction using UV-B radiation. The result indicated that the stems of albino seedings still have the ability of regeneration. Some albino seedings become green again somewhere in the leaves during the extension subculture. But the ability of recovery was random. And the recovery rate was 5.37% . In the fifth generation of the subculture, the recoveried green places were also random, sometimes at the vascular bundles , sometimes between the vascular bundles. The albino seedings also can root in the rhizoge-nesis medium, but the division phase of their root tip cells was abnormal. The chromosomes tended to break, indicating the damage of DNA.
