石墨对球墨铸铁冲击断裂特性的影响

摘    要:本文用断口金相法分析和讨论了珠光体、铁素体、珠光体—铁素体基的球墨铸铁冲击断裂的裂纹扩展方式、断口形貌特征和石墨在冲击断裂中的行为。在冲击断裂中,石墨不是裂纹源,裂纹多源自石墨球之间的晶界或共晶团界上的杂质聚集处,裂纹通过不断地诱发出新裂纹源,不连续地向前扩展。

Abstract:By fractography, analyzed is crack propagation on impact fracture in ductile cast iron with ferrite, pearlite, and ferrite-pearlite matrix, and features of fracture pattern and tehavior of graphite discussed. In impact fracture, spheric graphite holes are not sources of cleavage cracks, most cracks grow in inclusion segragated region at grain boundaries or eutectic granular boundaries between spheric graphite holes, by inducing new crack sources continuously, cracks propagate further more.
