| Abstract: | The quasi-complex space from is a generalization of the complex space formand the manifold of quasiconstant curvature. Let p and q be the generator and com-plex generator of the quasi-complex space form respectively. The following resultsare obtained Suppose M is an anti-invariant submanifold of codimension 2, andthere is a flat normal connection in the normal space (?), if M isumbilical with respect to p, then M is quasi-umbilical with respect to q, and it isconformally flat Furthermore, there is a totally umbilical hypersurface M_1, whichis of a constant curvature and whose normal vector is the eigenvector of the secondfundamental form in M |
