聚芳酯向列相中的圆盘形结构

本文用偏光显微镜研究了ＥＴ与ＯＢＡ无规共聚酯（５０／５０摩尔比）的向列相织构．在熔融膜中观察到典型的圆盘形结构，圆盘内为粗丝而圆盘外为细丝．其成因认为是丝状织构粗化过程不均匀导致的粗丝与细丝的共存体系．当圆盘形结构尺寸小于临界尺寸（约８微米）时，呈现分子取向失为辐射构型的圆盘结构．在取向膜中则观察到另一类粗细丝共存现象，圆盘内为细丝而圆盘外为粉丝．

DISKLIKE TEXTURES IN NEMATIC PHASE OF A THERMOTROPIC LIQUID CRYSTALLINE COPOLYME

Polarized optical microscope was used to study nematic texture of a thermotropic main chain aromatic copolyester of 50% mol% p - oxybenzoic acid (OBA) and 50% mol%ethylene terephthalate (ET). Disklike texture in which coarse thread was within disks and tight thread outside disks was observed in melt casting films. The formation mechanism was regarded as coexistence of tight and coarse thread texture causing during the coarsen process of threadlike texture. When diameter of disks was smaller than a critiacl value (about 8 micron here), disks with regular director field of radial configuration occured. In oriented films, and her kind of disklike texture generated, in which tight thread was within disks but coarse thread outside disks.
