| 摘 要： | 为了解决灌区用水管理技术水平落后,水利用率低等现状,提出了基于GIS的灌区管理信息系统的模型、功能组成、系统的软硬件组成和系统的 设计流程；在建立灌区信息网络平台基础上，以GIS软 件工具为开发平台，在关系型数据库管理系统（RDBMS）的支持下，建立灌区信息系统。

| Abstract: | The management of water using in the irrgation network is poor and efficiency of water utilization is low. In order to resolve the persent problem, the model of irrigation network management information system based on GIS, function models, composition of soft and hardward and system design flow are put forward. Based on the building of irrigation area's information network platform, the paper discusses the building of irrigation system. The development platform is GIS software and its database management is RDBMS. |
