土地资源利用与产业发展演化的关系研究

该文通过理论和实践的研究得出并证实了产业的发展演化会促使土地资源的空间布局呈圈层结构型式．具体表现为第三产业用地占据城市中心区域；紧接着是第二产业用地，第二产业用地的外围则是第一产业用地．同时，通过对北京市海淀区的实例研究证实了产业发展演化形成的土地资源空间布局的圈层结构对城市产业转移和企业搬迁、盘活土地资产、调整产业结构、促进产业的升级和经济的发展具有重要作用．

Study on Land Resource Use and the Industries Developing & Evolving

There are definitely relations between land resources use and the industries developing and evolving: The land resources use influences the industries developing and evolving,on the other hand,the industries developing and evolving influences the land resources spatial distribution and land use structure of industries land use.Which also influences the land resources configuration and use efficiency.Wellhandling the relationship between the land resources use and the industries developing and evolving can make the land resources be configured more reasonable and effective,optimize the land use structure,reduce the cost of produce and management,avoid the industrial structure trending to homology,make the industrial structure accord with the requirement of scale economic,promote the industries structure developing continuously,accelerate the industries developing and evolving,increase the local economic strength rapidly,stimulate the economic developing rapidly,improve the people's standard of living.The industries developing and evolving makes the land resource spatial distribution be well-regulated as circularity: the tertiary industry land locates in the city center area,the secondary industry land locates near by the tertiary industry land,the primary industry land near the secondary industry land.Meanwhile,it is very important that the land resources spatial distribution circularity structure mode resulted in the industries developing and evolving to the city industries and enterprises transferring,make the land resources usable,adjust the industry structure,promote the industry upgrading and the economic developing,which is proved by the case study of Haidian District,Beijing.
