摘    要:利用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术监测广州市7条河涌水质污染状况,结果表明全部受试水样均能引起微核率显著升高;几条河涌除驷马涌受中度污染,东濠涌中度偏重度污染外,其它河涌均受到严重污染,测试结果提示水体中含有遗传毒性物质.

Abstract:This paper reports the results of water pollutional detection of the seven sewage streams in Guangzhou city using micronucleus test technique of vicia faba root-tip cells.It shows that each of the samples from sewage streams in Guangzhou city can increase the micronucleus frequence of vici faba,and all of these streams in Guangzhou have been seriously polluted but Sima and Donghao streams.It indicates that there are some genetic toxicitical substances in streams.
