旅游文本是国外游客了解、认识旅游景点的重要手段和途径.但由于中西文化差异等方面的原因,在旅游文本的翻译过程中难免出现差错或误译.在此仅简单列举泰山旅游文本翻译中存在的部分误译现象,以选用正确的译本吸引更多的国外游客,从而促进泰山旅游业的新发展.

The Text-format Mistranslation of Mt.Taishan Tourism

The text - format of tourism is an important means and method for the foreigners to get to know the scenic spots. However, due to reasons such as cultural differences, there would be inevitable mistransla-tions. This paper has listed some of the mistranslations and proposed a more proper one to attract the foreign tourists so as to promote a new development of Mt. Taishan tourism.
