| 摘 要： | 指出生产实践中常用的稳定调速率测定方法存在着不符合定义的缺陷。阐明动态测定的必要性，提出并解决动测关键在于瞬时转速，通过多次测试观察，结合理论上仿真计算结果，对调节品质量伍进行讨论．为了进一步提高产品性能和节能，建议须将标准作适当的修改。

| Abstract: | The author points out the defects in the measurement for the steady ratio of regulation characteristics which is commonly used in manufacture of them, expounds the necessity of dynamic measurement,and puts forward a new method and that the key to the dynamic measurement lies in the transient speed method. This method is more accurate and resonable for engineering application.Finally,it is suggested that the standard be modified. |
