摘    要:进行活塞环组的润滑分析,必须先确定各环间空间内泄漏气体的压力,这是活塞环滑动面上润滑油膜的压力边值,也是作用在活塞环上、下侧面和背面上的压力值。在新近发表的有关活塞环组润滑的文献中,在计算漏气压力时都未考虑温度的变化,但缸壁温度的实测结果表明,一些工况下缸壁温度变化是很剧烈的。为此,本文把泄漏气体的流动作为非稳定流动处理,在求解漏气压力时不仅考虑气体质量的变化,而且考虑温度的变化。文末附有计算示例,结果表明考虑温度变化是非常必要的。

Abstract:Before analysing the lubrication in a ring pack, first of all, it is necessary to determine the inter-ring gas pressures. They are the boundary pressures of the lubricating oil film on the sliding surface of the piston ring i. e. the pressures above, below and behind the ring. In the articles published recently on the ring pack lubrication, the gas pressure is calculated without considering the change of temperature. But the results of measurement show that the temperature of cylinder wall varies considerably in some operating conditions. In this paper, the authors not only take the change of gas mass but also the change of temperature into account. Calculation examples indicate that it is necessary to take the change of the temperature into account.
