圆孔锯锯片的模态分析

摘    要:以圆孔锯锯片为研究对象,利用ANSYS有限元软件,建立圆孔锯锯片的有限元计算模型,对不同消音槽圆孔锯锯片进行模态分析,得到锯片前20阶固有频率与模态,分析了圆孔锯锯片振动特点;为圆孔锯锯片的动态优化设计提供理论依据。计算结果表明,消音槽对锯片的固有频率与模态影响较大。底盘带流线型消音槽圆孔锯锯片能撕裂节直径振动模态,减振降噪效果好。为圆孔锯锯片减振降噪提供了理论依据。

Modal analysis of saw blade of hole saw
Abstract:Take saw blade of hole saw as the research object, the finite element software ANSYS is applied to set up a finite element computing entity model of saw blade of hole saw. Different silencing groove of the saw blade of hole saw for the modal analysis obtains the saw blade's 20 order natural frequency and modal;Provide the theoretical basis of dynamic optimization for the design of hole saw blades.The calculated results show that the silencing groove affects the natural frequency of saw blade. Chassis with streamlined the silencing slot can tear pitch diameter of saw blade of hole saw, vibration noise reduction effect is good. Provides a theoretical ba-sis to study the saw blade of hole saw vibration and noise reduction .
