流动气溶胶边壁损失率的理论与实验研究

摘    要:作者应用扩散理论建立了包括粒子凝并效应在内的流动气溶胶在圆管中的浓度分布数学模型,导出在层流状态下气溶胶边壁损失率计算式,采用CNC浓度仪、DMPS/C粒度仅对管道中亚微米气溶胶计数浓度和粒度分布进行了微机自动检测。理论与实验研究结果表明:气溶胶边坐损失率与扩散系数、重力沉降速度成正比,与管径成反比,而与边界层厚度无关。边壁损失率实验结果与理论值基本吻合。

Abstract:The mathematical model of particle concentration distribution of flowing aerosol including particle coagulation effect in cylindrical tube is established by using the diffusion theory.Formuls to evaluate the wall loss rate is derived from the concentration distribution in laminar flow. The particle number concentration and size distibution are measured by a Condensation Nucleus Counter (CNC) and a Differential Mobility Particle Sizer (DMPS/C) respectively.Our study shows that: wall loss rate of a flowing aerosol in a cylindrical tube is proportional to the particle diffusivity and inverse of the tube radius, but independent of the diffusion boundary layer thickness. The wall loss rates predicted by our theory show good agreement with our experimental results.
