| 摘 要： | 从污水处理厂的活性污泥中筛选出微生物絮凝剂HF-8，并对菌株的培养基组成和培养条件进行了优化；培养基最佳配方（g／500mL）：蔗糖10g、（NH4）2SO4 0．2g、KH2PO4 2g、K2HPO4 2．5g、NaCl 0．05g、Mg（SO4）·7H2O 0．1g、水500mL；最佳培养条件：温度30℃、初始pH值6．O、摇床转速120r／min，优化之后的絮凝剂对高龄土悬浊液的絮凝率提高到了90．3％。

| Abstract: | Abstract: Microbial flocculant2p roducing bacteria (HF28 ) were screened from active sludge of wastewater
treatment p lant. To this strain, s culture medium composition and the culture conditionswere op timized. The culture
medium best formula is ( g/500ml) : cane: 10g, ammonium sulfate: 0. 2g, monopotassium phosphate: 2g, dipotassi2
um hydrogen phosphate: 2. 5g, sodium chloride: 0. 05g, hep tahydrate magnesium sulfate: 0. 1g, water: 500ml. The
best culture condition is: the culture temperature: 30. C, the initial pH: 6, rotate speed of shack bed: 120 r/min. |
