| 摘 要： | 以深圳市为例,采用人均建设用地、人均GDP、单位产值占地率等指标,从产业结构与用地结构的变化态势和变化率两个方面分析了产业结构与用地结构之间的关系.结果表明,深圳市产业结构和用地结构存在互动关系,且变化趋势表现为同步增减,其增幅同步递减.

| Abstract: | Taking Shenzhen as an example,per capita construction land,per capita GDP and land area per unit output value as indicators,the relationship between industrial structure and land use structure was analyzed from two aspects of the posture of change and the rate of change.The results showed that the industrial structure and land use structure in Shenzhen existed correlations and increased or decreased synchronously.What is more,their rates of increase was synchronous declining. |
