| 摘 要： | 通过建立零售商主导下的批发价格契约模型和回购契约模型,分析了两种契约模型下生产商和零售商的决策,并将两者契约做了对比.研究结果表明,批发价格契约和回购契约都不能实现零售商主导的供应链完美协调,零售商在批发价格契约和回购契约之间选择批发价格契约.数值模拟实验验证了回购契约的研究结果.
