摘    要:提出了一种新型的双端正激式开关电源设计方案 ,有效地避免了上下桥臂易于出现的直通短路问题 ,使开关电源的可靠性大为提高。而且其输入电压可以很高 ,输出直流电源容量大、组数多 ,尤其适用于具有高压直流侧的大功率电力电子系统。同时还提出了一种独特的磁通维持控制设计方案 ,很好地解决了双端正激式DC/DC变换器普遍存在的磁通维持阶段不理想的问题 ,特别适合于直流输入电压高、高频变压器变比大的情况。对主电路、控制及自举等回路的结构原理进行了分析 ,利用仿真波形以及实验结果验证了该方案的可行性和实用性。

Abstract:A novel topology for the double switching forward converter was presented. The topology can effectively prevent the top bridge and the bottom bridge from being short-circuit and greatly improve the reliability of the switching forward converters. The input voltage and the capacity of the output DC power source can be very high, and the output can include many groups. Therefore, this scheme is especially applicable to the large-power electrical systems with high DC input voltage. In addition, a novel scheme to maintain and continue the flux was provided. This theme can effectively solve the problems existing in most of double switching forward DC/DC converter, and is especially applicable to the situation of high DC input voltage and large rate of change in the high-frequency transformers. The simulation waves and the experimented results demonstrated the validity and application of the novel schemes.
