| 摘 要： | 研制了适用于铸适合金金相分析的图像处理系统，并对球墨铸铁的图片进行了图像处理及识别，使球化率的分析误差小于４％，球墨数量分析误差小于２．５％，满足了生产中对金相分析的要求。

| Abstract: | Image treatment system suitable for metallographic analysis of cast alloys is de-veloped and the metallographs of nodular cast iron are dissected and identified this sys-tem.Analysis error of nodular cast iron is less than 4 percent.Analysis error of nodularamount is less than 2.5 percent.Metallographic analysis can meet the technical requirementsadvanced by metallographic examination. |
