互贯树脂微球悬浮聚合的研究

摘    要:本文报道互贯微球树脂制备的一种悬浮聚合方法.在这一悬浮聚合体系中,以表面活性剂作为主要分散礼.加入少量稳定剂作为辅助剂,可以得到分布较窄的微球珠体.在聚合过程中,研究了分散剂用量及搅拌速度对产率及成球的好坏影响.取筛分了的产品经适当磁化后,作为离子色谱填料,可在短时间内(9分钟)很好地分离Na~ 、NH_4~ 、K~ 离子(NH_4~ 、K~ 的分辨率达到95%).

Abstract:This paper describes a method of preparation of micro-beads with inter-penetrating polystyrene-diviriylbenzene networks by suspension polymerization. In the suspension polymerization system, a surface reactive ageat is used as a main dispersion agent and a certain amount of stabilizing agent as the extender. As a result a narrow dispersion of the beads is obtained. The use of the beads after suitable sulfonation as the packing of ion chromato-graphic column gives a good separation in which Na , NH4 , K ions arealmost completely separated-a 95% separation of NH4 , K ions, and the separation time needed is about 9 minutes.Other factor's like the stirring speeds of the system and the amount of dispersion agents in the system are also discussed in the paper.
