| 摘 要： | 中国航空市场的飞速发展,使国内外相关领域的知名企业都在积极寻找适当的切入点,中国航空旅游信息业面临严峻挑战,企业必须提升竞争力应对新形式。本文分析了目前国内企业在管理上所存在的问题,并就企业如何通过实现管理的精细化来提升企业竞争力提出了几点建议。
