| Abstract: | Through evaluating the development of mold enterprises and their demands for talents, we discuss a training mode based on school-enterprise cooperation and work-study combination for the major of mold at higher vocational college. This mode could meet the companies＇ thirst for high-quality and highly skilled personnel and help the students adapt to the enterprises＇ demands and realize their ralues in an easier way. |
