| 摘 要： | 针对高校班级管理的特殊性及存在的三大问题,提出建立职权明晰的班级管理团队、引入班级月盘点机制、设立班级心理委员、借助宿舍和社团营造积极向上的班级风气等措施,增强高校班级管理的有效性。

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on the study of the unique features and the three major contradictions in classroom management, which are contradictions of strict management and loose management, contradictions of incentive and punishment, and contradictions of the formal and informal groups. Some suggestions are proposed that include makingclear authority of class management team, introducing mechanism of monthly class check, and building a positive class atmosphere with the help of dormitory and community and so on. |
