| 摘 要： | 文章针对高校党校学习与管理的特点,设计并实现了一种基于Web的网上党校数据库管理系统,解决了目前高校党校传统的授课方式与新形势要求不相适应、党校学习受时间和地点限制等实际问题,以求从创新的角度更好地发挥高校党校在教育方面的重要作用。

| Abstract: | The thesis,by analyzing the status quo of the Party schooling and administrating,designs and performs a web-based Party schooling data system,aiming at improving the traditional teaching methodologies and solving the problems that the traditional teaching style does not yet entirely meet the requirements of the new situation and that the Party schooling is restricted by time and place,so that the Party schooling plays more important role in university education. |
