单色仪波长校准方法研究

摘    要:本文从理论上解决的红外探测器相对光谱响应(单色仪)的溯源,利用激光器代替光源,产生单色光。根据单缝衍射和多光束干涉的原理可知,当光垂直入射到光栅面上时,则透过各狭缝的光线因衍射向各个方向传播,经会聚镜会聚后多光束发生干涉,并在其焦平面上形成一系列对称排列的明条纹,这些明条纹的波长以单色光的倍数递增,这样我们通过旋转光栅,就可以在输出端得到需要的波长。这样也解决了多个光源的问题,只要信噪比足够大,选择合适的激光器代替光源,就可以解决单色仪整个波段的溯源性。

Abstract:In this paper, the trace for relative spectral response of infrared detector (monoehromator) is resolved in theory. Monochromatic light is generated with the source of laser. Based on the principle of single slit diffraction and multiple-beam interference, when the beam shoots vertically to the grating surface, the light passes through the slits and spreads to several directions due to diffraction, beams interfere after focusing lens and form a series of bright sripes symmetrical arrayed on the focal plane. The wavelengths of sripes increase by multiples of monochromatic light. The required wavelengths can be obtained from the output by rotating grating. The multiple light source is also resolved. The traceability of all band for monochromator is solved with enough signal noise ratio and appropriate laser as light source.
