Analysis of the Obstacles Facing Higher Vocational School Class Supervisors and Their Countermeasures

As the scale of enrollment of higher vocational students is enlarged, a great number of new teachers are taking up the role of class supervisor. They frequently encounter obstacles from experience, role,environment, emotion and psychology. After analyzing these five obstacles to a new class supervisor.I propose the following measures: enhancing the guarantee of related regulations;strengthening the persuasive power and attractiveness of spiritual and political education;encouraging the cohesion among teachers; increasing the vitality of the institute and finally creating an environment for the professional moral education of new class supervisors and administrating the school with the help of morality education.
