浅析企业培训的有效性

摘    要:随着中国加入WTO,企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中求发展,首先要取得人才竞争的优势,而企业培训无疑将成为弥补企业人才不足的有效途径。文章重点介绍了企业培训需求分析、培训程序及培训需求分析流程、培训总体目标的确定、培训的实施及培训的评估。

Abstract:Along with WTO entry of China, if an enterprise wants to get develo pm ent in sharp market competition, it must obtain the superiority in talents compe tition, and enterprise training is undoubtedly an effective way for covering the shortage of talents. This paper emphatically introduces enterprise training req uirement analysis, training procedure, training requirement analysis process, de termination of overall training target, training practice and scientific trainin g evaluation.
