| 摘 要： | 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取莳萝蒿挥发油，通过气相色谱 质谱（GC-MS）联用技术结合各化合物保留指数对其中的化学成分进行鉴定。莳萝蒿挥发油共鉴定出53种化合物，占挥发油色谱峰总面积的90.02%。主要成分及其相对质量分数分别为桉油精（22.48%）、β 侧柏酮（15.16%）、侧柏酮（4.33%）、松香芹酮（4.16%）和左旋龙脑（4.08%）。

| Abstract: | Volatile oil of Artemisia anethoides Mattf.was extracted with steam distillation. Its chemical constituents were identified by GC-MS and retention index of individual compound. We identified 53 components, 90.02% of its total GC peak area. Their principal chemical constituents and relative mass fraction are 22.48% Eucalyptol,15.16% β Thujone,4.33% Thujone, 4.16% Pinocarvone, 4.08% L Borneol. |
