隔震换能控制系统的数据采集及控制

摘    要:半主动控制具有能耗小,控制效果接近主动控制等优点,是目前国内外研究的热点、隔震换能控制系统具有隔震换能和主动控制双重功能,属半主动控制,由于该系统兼具主动控制的特点,因此其信号采集及控制力的实施是影响该系统性能的关键.试验结果表明,该数据采集系统具有信号误差小、工作效率高、性能稳定等优点,可以应用于半主动控制的数据采集和控制系统。

Abstract:Since semi-active control consumes less energy and has control effect near to active control, it becomes a new promising way of structure control. The isolation & transducer control system proposed by the authors is a new kind of semi-active control device, while it isolates the vibration of the base, it can transform some vibration energy into hydraulic energy. With its feature like active control, the performance of the device mainly depends on its information collection and control system. In the paper, the working principle of the information collection and control system of the device are introduced in detail. Some tests show that the device has lower signal processing error and its control system can work as well as an active control device.
