| Abstract: | The compounded medicine agent of Chinese herbal for relieving toothache is composed of Liangmianzhen,Xixin,Bingpian, etc. Results of testing in 594 cases of toothache show that this compounded medicine functions effectively as an agent of bacteriostasis, dephlogistication and anodyne, thereby producing a rapid curative effect on toothache caused by major reasons. The agent is characterized by safety, convenience, toxicity free and without side effects.In addition,it is found that pain bearing threshold of mice is increased remarkably by using the agent with hot plate standard method under laboratory conditions. |
