Abstract:The polysaccharides were isolated from lentinus edodes with quaternary amine salt precipitation method, alcohol separation method and calcium salt precipitation method, respectively. The three methods were compared with each other. It was indicated that the effect of carbohydrate, as one of the three most elementary life materials together with both protein and nucleic acid, is not only as a well known energy bank, but also, more significantly, as an information deliverer which can induce information catalysis in micro environment of life process by its light atoms such as H, O, C, N, S, P and its small groups.
