Abstract:The season variation on amounts and groups of heterotrophic microbes in soil at Wuyishan National Nature Reserve was investigated. The main results are as follows:1) Amownts of heterotrophic microbes were notably varied with different seasons (p<0.01) ;2)During spring,amounts of heterotrophic microbes were higher,and have a great fluctuation (s=15.46);while in autumn, amounts of heterotrophic micrlbes were much lower and have a little fluctuation (s=4.21);3)During the same seasons in different years, amounts of heterotrophic microbes were not exactly the same but only have a little differences; 4)In soil,heterotrophic microbes of the three groups changes in accordance with total number of heterotrophic microbes ;5)Among these three groups of heterotrophic microbes, bacteria group was the first in number,filamentous fungi the second, while actinomyces the third;6)variation of the percentages of constitution among these three groups in different seasons was that:changes of actinomyces were steady, while changes of bacteria and filamentous fungi were remarkable.
