| 摘 要： | 运用薄层层析和硅酸柱层析法，分析了闽南近海１７种常见鲨鳐类肝脏的脂质组成特点，结果表明，这些鲨鳐类的肝脂组成非常相似，以甘油三酯为主要成分，在尖头斜齿鲨中约占肝脏总脂的９０％．此外，还包括少量的烃类、胆甾醇酯、游离脂肪酸、甾醇和磷脂等．

| Abstract: | Compositions of the Liver Lipids of 17 Common species of sharks and rays off south Fujian coastal waters were analyzed by means of thin layer chromatography (TLC) and silicic acid column chromatography.The results showed that all species investigated exhibited a similar liver lipid compositions with triacylglycerol as the major constituent, which represented about 90% of the total lipid in the liver of S. sorrakowah, whereas cholesteryl ester, free fatty acids, sterols and phospholipids were present only in traces in the liver oils of all samples. |
