| Abstract: | This paper deals with the imitation of liquid flowing over the surface of packings with liquid film flowing over the surface of vertical plates, and the imitation of a packed bed with characteristic parameters of a fixed bed. Methematical models are derived for calculating minimum wetting rate of stacked packings and dumped packings, and also the calculation results obtained from these models are discussed. |
