| 摘 要： | 目的:在TNF的研究中寻找一种取代同位素标记的检测亲和力的方法。方法:表达及纯化GFP-TNF融合蛋白;鉴定GFP-TNF融合蛋白;用GFP-TNF与TNF做TNF受体的竞争结合分析。结果:GFP-TNF与TNF可竞争结合U937细胞表面的TNFR。结论:GFP-TNF有望取代125I-TNF在TNF的研究中作为检测亲和力的工具。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To find a method in the study of the affinity of TNF to substitute the iso-tope labelling technique. Methods:Expression and purification of GFP-TNF fusion Protein; Iden-tification of GFP-TNF fusion Protein and TNFR competitive inhibition assays of GFP-TNF and TNFwere tested. Results:GFP-TNF can compete TNFR with TNF and the competitive effect can bemeasurable. Conclusion:GFP-TNF can substitute 125I -TNF as a tool in the study of affinity of TNF |
