轨道车辆车体刚度计算方法的研究

摘    要:车体结构刚度是车体轻量化的主要限制条件之一,在实现轻量化的同时,只有保证车体结构有充分的刚度,才能保证其安装设备的正常工作。通过介绍车体简化成变截面变刚度及变质量的简支外伸刚性梁模型,对Pro/E软件对车体的实体模型、固有属性进行了分析,运用有限元计算求得车体整体刚度,从而有效改进车体结构。

Abstract:Bodies structure rigidity was one main limiting conditions of weight reduction.At the same time of realizing weight reduction,adequating rigidity of bodies structure could ensure normal operation of equipment.In this paper,the author analyzed solid model and intrinsic property of bodies rigidity using Pro/E software,through introducing model of reinforcing beam,and achieved whole bodies rigidity using finite element calculation to effectively improve bodies rigidity.
