| 摘 要： | 正义是人类永恒的理想和主题。要使法治社会的法律得以良性运作，必须实现法律形式与争议的统一。文章以正义的含义为讨论起点，追根溯源，旨在揭示法律和正义两者的密切联系，进而从正义角度理解法律性质。
